Vodacom and Ram incompetence
Ordered new router and sim from Vodacom online. Router delivered to correct address 2 weeks ago. Sim had to be asked for again and now the address used is in wrong town and address. Contacted Vodacom, corrected address and STILL Ram is using wrong address and they(RAM in George) do not have the correct phone number on Web for months to have it sorted out!!
