Vodacom and Ram holding iphone hostage
URGENT BREACH - Maud Mfusi, 33 Renaissance Durban K***: Promised delivery Fri 25 Apr 5PM. RAM driver scanned 3:03PM, NO CALL. I waited ALL DAY with ID.
Website crashed 17:42. WhatsApp timed out 08:53 Sat 25 Apr. Vodacom 135 + 082135 REFUSING CALLS / SILENT.
I AM HOME NOW TILL 12PM SAT 25 APR ONLY. Not here Monday. If RAM doesn't deliver by 12PM today, my iPhone goes back to JHB = 2 weeks delay.
ICASA complaint logged ***. Consumer Protection Act Section 19 breached.
VODACOM: Get RAM driver to 33 Renaissance with my phone by 11AM TODAY or I go to MTN + SAPS for theft.
I have screenshots of every breach. This is my final warning.
