Vodacom and Ram couriers sticking it to me

I ordered a cell phone online and got an sms from vodacom telling me that the order was picked up by ram couriers,on the day of delivery I then received a call notifying me of delivery that day.Excited as I was that was short-lived when the driver called me from Shopping complex 700m away saying that is the address they have and that it is written I'm a security officer in that complex(which is false). I called vodacom passed on to ram held the phone until I got cut off when they were trying to get hold of the driver.The driver wouldn't meet with me as he says it is not allowed even when I have my ID and all documents showing My real address,now I'm sitting here after being told they cannot do anything about for now they will have to make another Arrangement meanwhile I'm sitting here without a phone.I think it's worth noting that I have never had good experience with ram before,they return with packages without calling you,they have went to the wrong address before. They just ***********,this goes for vodacom too for typing in the wrong address and a wrong employment.
