Vodacom and Ram courier worst service ever

Where do I even start. I've been using vodacom for over 10 years and lately they have been something else. Lot of mistakes over the years but still with them what made me write this review is the fact that I've been waiting for my phone for the past 2 and half weeks and nothing. I've upgraded on line at the end of April and was told in 5 days I will get my phone. After 5 days I called vodacom and was told Ram courier was suppose to deliver and they have been calling me but couldn't get a hold of me. To my surprise they've been using my old number so I give them the new one again how do you use the old one that I haven't used for 3 years. Anyway they give me my label number and Rams numbers so my package was going to be dropped off on Manday the 10th and they didn't knowing too well that on the 14th I'm going home. So I called again and was told definitely on Wednesday the 12 now I'm getting irritated but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Comes Wednesday dololo no one delivered or even bothered to tell me that sorry we wont be able to make it. Then I called Ram and they told me that they only deliver certain days so they will definitely deliver on the 14rh before I leave the property. What do you think they did NOTHING no call, no sms nothing so guess what people today the 17th I get a call from my colleague I have a delivery. When I spoke to the driver shame poor thing knows nothing and I just went off at him. Gave him my home address and apparently in 2 days time Ram will deliver which I dont believe anymore. But early that morning I called vodacom and gave them my piece of mind and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience we will deliver within 24 hrs. Vodacom and Ram are they not working together? So if 2 packages arrive, IF THEY WILL, what do a person do take them both and be charged for both. It clearly shows they dont communicate at all, can you believe I app**** on line 28th April and today is the 17th Ma. Vodacom doesnt care about their loyal customers if I were to tell you how many times they *****ed up in the past i will writ 10 pages.
