Vodacom and Ram are keeping my phone and money

I bought a cat phone cash on the vodacom online store on the 20th April. The phone was to be delivered in 3 working days. Ram arrived 3 days later and refused to leave the phone citing they couldnt verify my ID because vodacom had not written it down on the waybill. They took the phone back with them. I tried to call ram to get assistance, they refused to help me and said vodacom must provide details. Eventually on Wednesday the 28th they returned the parcel to vodacom. I tried calling vodacom for a few days and I was being sent from pillar to post, eventually I was given Oby from after sales' contact details and he has been trying to assist me. Oby then arranged to have my phone redelivered on Monday 3rd May, this was now 2 weeks after purchase. Ram indicated on their site that they had an incorrect address which was a lie because on the ram sms and on the waybill and the info from vodacom all had my correct address. So Oby contacted ram management who assured me delivery would be done 6 May. On the 6 May vodacom says Ram claims they were denied entry to my house and that was another lie because our security says Ram did not arrive. Additionally, our security has never denied entry to any delivery as we are always at home and we work from home. So clearly someone from Ram is being dishonest or they went to an incorrect address. At this point in time I don't have a phone nor do I have my money and I don't know what to do. This has been the worst experience ever, not only am I disappointed in vodacom but I'm appalled at Rams' behaviour. The lies and dishonesty, I have paid for a phone and I have been sitting for over 2 weeks without it.
