Vodacom and Pep that steeling the customers money

Good morning Pep,

i just received a call from Prudence at pep in Glen Ballad Mall Kempton Park. she informed me that Vodacom is not preparing to fix the 2 Tablets that was brought last year March. she informed me that Vodacom advised her that the warranty is no longer on these two tablets. They also informed her that if i want to fix these two tablets that i must Pay R2000.00 for both these tablets to be fix. I dont think that this is the service that the client must get from both Vodacom and Pep.

I paid R2000.00 for both these Tablets and now i must pay another R2000.00 to get these Tablets fixed. This is not fair from day one i had no customer service from Vodacom and Pep regarding these Tablets I would like Vodacom and Pep to give me my R2000.00 back for items that is not working and now that i need to pay R2000.00 out of my own bag to get these tablets fix. As per Anlie Swart the Area manager she informed me +_ 4wk ago that she will get this sorted out and now what happens now? Now i must pay an extra R2000.00 to get these two tablets fixed this is not fair were is the customer service that is promises to the client?

I want my R2000.00 Back.

you can call me on ***
