Vodacom and outsourced Rewards Co partner bad customer experience

I have been struggling to solve a dispute with Rewards Co, the company that Vodacom outsorced their sales to. They misled me into an upgrade. I want to let Vodacom know about this bad practice and their poor service, but it is almost impossible to connect with anyone in Vodacom customer care. I tried the general Vodacom number on their website as well and got to ‘the number does not exist’. Bad customer experience Vodacom 😢
