Vodacom and OPPO going POPO

I bought a phone on account, which have been paid off. I use the phone for authentication purposes on banking platforms, so its an important device.

Vodacom refuse to step up and help me with a OPPO South Africa claim for a faulty device that was in their repair center now for a third time.

I want to Opt for a different brand and a device which will not cost my job in this tough economic times due to faulty devices.

my deadlines is reaching slowly, and I am still without a registered device on banking platforms.

You expect to make money off us, but don't care if we lose our jobs.

I want to speak to the regional manager for VODACOM and the repair center soonest.

I am forced to after two decades to change my service provider "VODACOM" as I was a loyal supporter, but now with the OPPO "POPO" ordeal, I would rather start looking at a different service provider.

The seriousness of a device and what its being used for is taken very lightly.

I need a reliable and supportive device and will pay the difference in cost.

I JUST DONT WANT A POPO DEVICE AGAIN.
