Vodacom and Nimble Group

1 week ago i received a message on from vodacom demanding that i pay an amount owed to them. In the same week a 2nd message followed that the matter had been handed over to a company called NBA (Nimble) who is now handling the escalation. When i queried with accounts department at Vodacom, the say there is no record of any outstanding amount on any of my existing contracts as it as been going off my account for 4 years now, yet NBA , when i queried with them, they insist that i owe approximately R2000 for the migration from Altech to Vodacom, which happend over 2 and a half years ago because of the hardware charge!?!

To be clear, i have on record from Vodacom, that i continued to pay the "handset installment fee" for the duration of that contract when migration happend to which i subsequently changed to prepaid when it expired.

With no supporting documentation and or call from either company I am still in the dark as to why I owe either Altech or Vodacom money and to date have not received any reason.

Hi Vodacom Thank you for all the effort with getting the relevant invoices and proof of payments. I would like to publicy state on this forum, that it appears that this Altech autopage issue is widespread and will continue to affect customers unless all parties involved with the migration (Vodacom, Nimble, MTN , Altech etc) all get one 1 page and do their own reconciliations. To date, Nimble group/Altech have yet to provide me with any documentation or statement of account showing any outstanding amount. All it was is a threatening message with a number of R2000. Nonetheless, Thank you vodacom. The guy who helped me today rocked and gave me what i needed within 2 minutes of requesting. My archived invoices showed that i did in fact pay the handset fee. Having forwarded these to Nimble, i await there response.
