Vodacom and Nelson's celluler bad service

I went for an upgrade on my vodacom contract. I was told that I will recieve 2 phones on upgrade. Took the deal but there was no stock. They ordered my phones and then told me that the deal expired the day before. I never recieved my second phone.

Now I say if they had stock then I would have had my phones and left.

Becouse they had no stock and had to order the deal suddenly is off. Its not my problem. You dont go to the toilet whithout toilet paper. And let me tel you they never have stock. So please ignore NELSON'S SELLULER in Bela Bela mall. They have the worst service. And dont care about customers. And for vodacom as well,it is very unfair to cancel the deal because one of your shops doesnt have stock. I was there well before the deal expired.
