Vodacom and Minnick Basson and Dagama Associates are ***********!!!!!!

Vodacom handed my account over to Munnik Basson and Dagama attorneys. I paid my acoount up to date and it is finished, I have received my paid up letter so I cannot understand how I'm still reflecting as a bad payer, however they have been Done for almost a year yet they still reflecting this is not proper business sense They quick to want your money However cannot do the same when your are paid up!!! Been on the phone for hours and promised it will be removed since August last year... Still nothing... This is unacceptable!!! This is effecting and reflecting on my credit record due to somebody's incompetence. Can somebody who is competent enough please sort this out.
