Vodacom and mbd inc debt collectors

I used a company cellphone with my previous employer between 2014 -16. The company was fully liable for the cellphone , to my suprise when I left the company "Vodacom" continued to bill me while the company had clearly wrote to them indicating that they will are responsible for that account. The company showed me proof of their communication with Vodacom . I went to vodaworld twice and they said on their system it shows that the company is paying for the account and yet the fradulent debit orders continued . I resorted to just reversing the debit orders. That very same cellphone was handed overto one of the employees at that very company .

Two years after I have left that company I have a company called Mbd ( unprofessional , rude and *****. They can't even write professinal emails or even sound convincing over the phone) claiming to be calling on behalf of Vodacom , harassing me about an outstanding debt with Vodacom and threatenig me with legal action . Endless calls and sms.

I am seeking justice for this level of harassment nd inconvenience into my personal bank account.
