Vodacom and MBD inc

I recently got call from MBD inc who said I have a contract with vodacom which has R26000 outstanding. This was the fast time i was aware of such, being that i have a top up contract with vodacom. I then contacted MBD inc en realized the was another contract under my name which i was not aware off. i then sent an affidavit to vodacom *****, forensic and mbd queries. This was a week ago the has been no communication from all parties wen i call vodacom they cant assist as its pre legal. when i try and contact MBD customer care the number drops after a minute. while on the other number I was holding for over a 5 minutes. i would really like to get the matter sorted but the other parties are making it impossible.
