vodacom *********** and lack service delivery

Wish I could have given a negative star rating. I have a business account with vodacom. without any notice they disconnected my emails for all employees at my company, which vodacom is managing. my business tomorrow 1 full week without emails. lost business because of this. Support has too musch ego to help the branch in kimberley to sort out our problems. pathetic that vodacom has such incompotent service delivery. i am gradually moving over to other service providers as soon as contract expire. the fiber we have with vodacom is very unstable and sometimes disconnect many times an hour weak to no cell signal in some places in town, after 24 years i have decided that no more . moving fiber by the end of the month and one of my expired cell contract. 4 to go! then no more struggles. cant wait
