Vodacom and it's *********** sales people

We took a contract for 2 phones at vodacom the agreement on the recording was to pay R480 for the 2 phones. One month vodacom took almost R1300 and the next month this wasn't the agreement.. I phoned them and they said it was for the phones the lady selling the deal said only R480 now I had to pay this for someone who was *********** now im black listed for these two phones which I dint even have. I took them to the vodacom store trying to sort this out which failed the one phone was still sealed not even opened but now I'm black listed but vodacom have their phones back.. This is ***** I don't have it but they want to black list me for something they have back. Please can someone assist in clearing this on my name. I***
