Vodacom and its reard agents

Vodacom at its best as usual....... I was called from vodacom or one of their affiliates to inform me that my contract had expired and that it was time to upgrade. To cut a long story short, after a lengthy negotiations process we eventually came to an agreement and i upgraded my contract. To my surprise when i received my new bill i was still billed for the old handset too as according to them i still had to pay two months subscription for the old handset. Had i known that, i would have waited until the old contract had fully expired. The operator never mentioned that. I was not in a hurry but the vodacom agents were relentless, i would easily have waited had i known that they would bill me for both. Shortly later i received first a call then an email from a Aston Jeremy Pillay from rewardsco.co.za asking me how satisfies i was. I explained the situation to him and he said that he would look into it. I had to send a current bank statement to him, which i did. Aston came back to me and said that i would be refunded the R480.00. A short time later i received an email from him asking me ton rate his service on hello peter. I responded with that i need to see the outcome first as i had not received anything , no refund and neither a credit on my account. Aston then mailed me with the proof of an eft. The eft shows that Shaina Tulsi had processed a payment for me from rewards investment pty ltd however it does not give my bank details or the bank details to which the amount had been transferred to and i never received such an amount. I immediately mailed Aston who immediately mailed back saying that he had sent it through and is awaiting a response. A week later i mailed Aston again, no response. I waited another week and mailed Aston again, again no response. I tried calling but was unsuccessful. Supposedly the eft took place on 18 July 2019. To date i have not had any further response from Aston. Moral of the story, never rate them until the very end. Aston's rating from me is a ZERO, It would have been significantly better had he bothered to respond to my recent emails or to call me back with an explanation...but nothing not a word further ... therefore from a 10 to a zero....
