Vodacom and Its Insurance running a ****

Vodacom and its insurance they are running a ****!! My phone has been with Vodacom repairs for a month, they did not fix my phone, I was promised a refurbished phone which never arrived, the lady I spoke to at vodacom was very rude to when i told her my frustration. No one cares there, i literally have to drive to vodaworld every 3 days after work to check the progress, only for them to tell me the insurance people knocks off at 5. after using Vodacom for so many years and paying insurance this is how I am treated. I am done with Vodacom, I am not even considering renewing my contract.
