vodacom and its ******** workers

Im extremely upset with vodacom one of their employees hacked into my account forged my signature and and used my banking details for someone else to take a phone on contract.This was done at a mall that ive never been to on the 20 July.I want to take this matter up and want vodacom to pay.An amount of R315 was deducted from my account.I want nothing to do with anymore as i cannot trust them anymore.According to the law a person forging your signature is a ******** and must be behind bars and thats what i want to see being done to this person.As for vodacom i want the to pay so that wont do this to anybody else.
