Vodacom and it's shops

I'm greatly disappointed at Vodacom. I've always found their call centre and shop personnel very professional. This week has been hell.

So I misplaced my handset and thought it was lost and hence blacklisted it. I later found it and needed to unblacklist it. It was firstly the call centre giving me incomplete info on the process I needed to follow. Then it was the shop they told me to go. Between the two noone wanted to take responsibility. Eventually all necessary forms were filled on Tues 22nd Jul.

Today I went to South Gate Mall Vodacom shop to follow up and get the reference number which was supposed to be sent on email but never received. The lady that helped on the 22nd had just knocked off and ready to leave. She asked one gentleman to help me and he refused. She left anyways and left me waiting. As if that wasnt enough, the other lady (I found out later that she is the manager) then asked some other lady to help. This lady said the one who helped (knocked off lady) me the first time should have helped and literally clicked her toung and left and disappeared to the backroom. Fourty five minutes later, the manager lady helped me by giving me the reference number. I however still don't know when my handset will be unblacklisted.

Having been frustrated already by Thurs 24th Jul, I decided to upgrade the blacklisted handset via Vodacom Online. The info on their website says, if the order is made before 12h00, the item will be delivered the next day, which means I should have received the handset today 25th Jul. I however don't have it and neither did I get any communication.

So, I cannot get my current handset unblacklisted, neither can I get it upgraded and get the new handset. Vodacom, vodacom, please fix the mess in your structures.
