Vodacom and Huawei Repairs

I baught a Huawei P30 lite 5 months ago. On the 26th of Feb 2020 it just died. I baught it from Mobiles and More in Durban and had it couriered to Bloemfontein. When the phone died I was told by Mobiles and More that I can take my invoice and go to either Vodacom or Huawei Direct. I went to Vodacom Repair Centre, 3 Collins Road, Bloemfontein on the 27th of Feb only to be told that I had no valid waranty in South-Africa. On recommondation of the gentleman at the repair desk I took it to GSM Bloemfontein. They cant help me. I phone Huawei Direct nly to hear that in Bloemfontein Vodacom Repair centre is their agent. They should have taken the phone under the Huawei waranty and should nt have send me away. Now I have no phone and cannot replace it. Can someone please explain how that happened???? I feel cheated by Vodacom.
