Vodacom and Huawei R2000 gift voucher

When I was due an upgrade I chose the Huawei P9 because of the R2000 Woolies voucher you get with. After waiting almost a month after ordering the phone, because it was out of stock, I received the phone and voucher. The voucher expires on the 16th of January, and I cannot get it activated. I have emailed email address on the voucher with no responses at all. Please help urgently, before it expires.

This has still not be resolved. I have spoken to four different people this morning at Vodacom, not of them can provide me with a proof of purchase. I did an online upgrade with vodacom, so where must I get a document like this?

Vodacom supp**** me with the proof of purchase on the 15th of January 2017, one day before the voucher expires. Needless to say the voucher was not activated in time for me to use it, after I send it to ********** I will never upgrade with Vodacom ever again. Firstly they took more than 3 weeks to deliver the phone and voucher. 2nd they took week and a half to send me the last info I needed to activate the voucher. All of this looks like they wanted the voucher to expire on purpose, before I can use it. Last week I bought R2000 on my Woolies card, they said as soon as the voucher is activated, they will take it as a payment on my account then. No I made R2000 debt, because the voucher is worthless. Absolutely shocking from Vodacom.
