Vodacom and HP attorneys is frustrating

This is a bit frustrating now. My contract ended at the end of April 2024, Vodacom just kept billing me. Eventually I started getting calls from Pre legal and HP attorneys. After numerous times of trying to explain that I did cancel and ask to be placed on pay as you go, I eventually just gave up and paid the settlement offered of R1474.94 at the end of October 2024, It was a payment of R1300 & R174.94.

This payment was made into the Vodacom account as that is the only account number I had at the time, HP never shared another account with me.

Hp then kept calling me and the more I explained they said they will look and the next day it is just someone else that calls.

I have even requested the phone recordings (which I have a legal right to do) but as soon as I mention that they hang up.

Now today my phone number is completely not working.

Can someone from pre legal please give me a call (you will have to have the number activated for that) so we can get this sorted once and for all.

Now also the email address for pre legal does not allow emails from outside!!!!!
