Vodacom and HP Attorneys bad Service.

Been getting the worst service every from vodacom and also the attorneys HP attorneys. Ky account was was have a outstanding balance. Was called by HP Attorneys. Saying

"Last day to settle your Vodacom arrears with a 30% reduction. Call ***, WhatsApp *** , email: *** for details. REF :"

Was given the settlement amount "This confirms your settlement arrangement re Vodacom. Your payment of R1969.58 is due on 2021/12/21. HP Attorneys *** Ref: HP"

I paid the money on the 22 /12/21. Now they are having a problem to clear tye discount I was given. No one knows what to do. When I speak to Vodacom. They say I ha e to speak to the HP. When I speak to HP they say I have to speak to Vodacom. Been calling from December. Know I don't even know what to do.
