Vodacom and Hauwei aftercare service is up to sh*t

My daughters Hauwei P10 lite was still under warranty. She left her phone at home as she had to go to hospital for treatment and she was scared it might be ******. When we got home she played a game on her phone and said somethings not right. After investigation we saw that her phone was slightly bend from right to left across the back of the phone.. We kept an eye on this as we were notin ourown town. Over a few days the phone bend somemore.. We took the phone to vodacom.. They said they also think itmight be that the battery swelled up causing the bending. Send the phone for "repairs".. The repairs dept.. Phoned and said its not the battery.. The phone bend due to a very hard fall. (nothingon the phone was cracked or scratced.. Not one small scratch or mark wad visible). We had to pay over R2000. I refused, they send thephone back without fixing it. Consultant at vodacom said we must keep an eyeon thephoneif any other problems are experienced we must bring phone back. But now therewas some small scratces. Ever since then the phone gave problems with carging. Lnger charging was needed and battery would not keep long. Now the phone dies even if it is ON charge. We took it back to vodacom.. They send it to repaires, who called me and said I will have to pay for fixing it even though phone is STILL under warranty. I queried the warranty and argued with them.. Saying it mustbe the battery as the phone was not drpped and had no visible signs of being dropped like a chipped or cracked screen or marks etc. The consultant then said theycant fix it at their cost as the battery is not under warranty or guarantee anymore. Phone was send back once again.. The after care service are ****. I have also tried to log numerous calls with Hauwei to arrange for them to pick the phone up and see whats wrong.. But until now... No response.
