Vodacom and Hallmark - the bane of my existence

I have had the worst possible experience with Vodacom and Hallmark!!!!

I was phoned by Hallmark on behalf of Vodacom because they had a great deal for me (which sounded amazing). The lady was quite professional but I did not realize that this was actually a ****!!

I entered into the contract and canceled my existing contract. I did not want to change my number because everyone knows what a mission that is. The consultant ensured me that I could do a sim swap AFTER we activated the new contract. She said that I could go into any Vodacom store and request a sim swap. And she said that the phone is dual sim so I could use both my new number and old number at the same time. WHAT A LIE!!!!!!!

I went into Vodacom and they told me that it is impossible as the new contract was already activated with a new number. They advised that I should have done a sim swap before we activated the new sim. Anyway, I went about my day mildly ****ed off because I thought that the phone was dual sim. To my surprise when I got home, obviously the phone was NOT dual sim as promised. Please keep in mind that this was her selling point because I kept on repeating myself stating that I do not want to change my number.

I have been trying to contact Hallmark - They keep promising to return my calls but obviously they never do - They are a bunch of *****!!!! please never trust or listen to them

They are practically unreachable - Vodacom is doing some very ***** dealings
