Vodacom and ********** Contract

My name is Veronica Ravele from Gauteng and I have never been at Umlazi in Durban. Last year Vodacom opened a cell phone contracts in my name and have BLACKLISTED my name

I have opened ***** case with Vodacom and week after week they keep on saying they are investigating and they will never get to me.

I have asked Vodacom how someone was able to open the account in my name, in my knowledge, when someone open’s a contract they always ask security questions and there is no way that someone would have passed these questions. But somehow Vodacom manage to open an account in my name.

Companies like Vodacom have been getting away with this, it is their Job to make sure that they open legit contract and to not open ghost accounts.

One day people are going to boycott Vodacom for opening ghost contracts
