Vodacom and finro insurance what a *******

We are extremely concerned about the financial implications Vodacom and the finro insurance. We never requested insurance but there are several deductions when we went to query this account we were advised if we cancell the insurance we have to give finro a months notice, my issue is we never signed or requested this insurance. But we have to pay take time off work to go query another financial implication.
