Vodacom and Finrite hopeless service

A month or so ago,out of pure frustration I resorted tp hellopeter to resolve an issue regarding item added to my account, with out my permission, and at last I got a human being to sort out the issue. There was however 1 item I was told they could not sort out, even though it is on their account each. This was an amount of R28 month for phone insurance. I have attempted since November to tell some one that I have a phone, that I bought without a contract. After many, many calls last month,I got through to a person at FINRITE insuarance, who does Vodacoms insuarance, and this lady after a very long time, assured me that they had it on record that IU cancelled the insuarance, but would re-cancel it,and re-imburse me back to November.Lo and behold the R27 appeared on this months invoice, yet again.6 phone call of listening to dull music, and being told that my call was important, including one to Finrite's offices, which resulted in me being put on hold for 20 minutes,I am back to hellopeter. The money is not important, but the disgraceful customer service is.I can see why Vodacom picked Finrite,as they both have the same shameful attitude to customers.
