VODACOM and ESKOM are the same

My husband upgraded our contract because it expired. The package he signed for was a TV and 250GB + a router. When the 1st came they deducted the full amount but only gave us 50GB. He contracted them and they said it was an error and they are unfortunately not able to honor the 250GB deal and they gave him an option to keep it as is or cancel. He said to cancel it but now it has been 2 weeks now and still no cancelation has been done or they have come back to us He has contacted them many times in this period but they just ignore him. And now we have to sit and wait without any data for our streaming devices. So vodacom has given us a Black Christmas just like Eskom. They are the worst do not ever sign a contract with them. Rather go anywhere else
