Vodacom **** and ********* employees

If there was an option for a negative or zero star rating I would give that for vodacom. One of their consultants called me for a contract migration and offered to lower my instalment , I agreed on the migration and accepted the quote telephonically. Only to find out that when the quote was sent to my email, the amount was a different/ higher. I was misled by their ********* employee and surprisingly they claim that their calls are recorded, I complained and logged a query however,they debited my account and I have not received any feedback. I am not even sure if they'reinvestigating the case.
