Vodacom and Elite Mobile migration quotes - DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Never accept a migration contract from Elite Mobile and Vodacom. I cancelled a migration quotation on the 19th of January, quotation expired only on 2nd of February. When contacting Vodacom on the 31st of Jan to follow up on the cancellation because I received ZERO feedback from them, I was informed it was not cancelled yet. On the 31st of January I cancelled AGAIN and was informed it would take 7days. The next week on the 7th of Feb I contacted Vodacom AGAIN, because no feedback received. Finally it was cancelled on the 7th of Feb after speaking to a very helpful consultant. BUT my account was debited with the amounts already. Today I phoned Elite Mobile to find out they will not refund me, because Vodacom only cancelled with them on the 7th of Feb, after quote expired. Soooooo I logged another call with Vodacom for a refund, and was yet informed that this will take 7 days......and it's time for my debit order to go off. I wonder how many people just leave it there and Vodacom walks away with an extra R500 in the bag? I've always had super service from Vodacom, but now the picture is reversed and they need to refund???
