Vodacom and Elite Mobile are *****s!

Vodacom and Elite mobile... are the pits, before lockdown they contacted us for a contract deal we accepted 20gig data with laptop and router for R200pm. 27 March RAM delivered our deal just to receive only the sim card (no laptop or router) end month vodacom already took their money bit we reversed that payment and send them email that we want to cancel that contract deal because its still in 14days that we want to cancel. And also when they called us they told us that payment will go off of activation of sim card. We never open the sim card its still sealed inside the delivery packedage, but they took their money. We send that email to say we want to cancel which they responded back they will make work of it and that someone will contact us. End of April they took again their money which we reversed again. Now end of May we didn't realize they took again bit this time they took almost R500. And now because we didnt realize they took their money we cant reversed that money. We tried to phone them but no answer. We want our money back and that comtract cancelled. We still didnt received any laptop or router but they still keep on taking their money after we send a mail in 14days to cancel. And also the simcard is still sealed inside delivery packedge.
