I called vodacom and Elite mobile on the 1st of April and I spoke to Ntsivo and Patrick Somiah who confirmed that there was an add on service added to my contract and gave me a ref number: *** to confirm that the service was cancelled which when I was contacted to add the service I was informed that I was going to be charged about 200 but an amount of 433.98 was debited. The same amount was debited this month even though the service was "cancelled". Vodacom and elite mobile are a serious **** this is the end of the road with them. Vodacom is the pits.
