Vodacom and Elite Mobile

Elite Mobile is a 3rd party service provider for Vodacom and as I understand it they are responsible for contacting Vodacom's clients and offering them upgrades to cellphone and data packages / deals. They had contacted my mother 3months ago telling her that she was an amazing customer of vodacom and from their records can see that my mom had for the past 6 years taken 3 cellphone contract's and 2data ****le contracts with Vodacom and they offered her a deal for an upgrade on her cellphone as well as an upgrade on her ****le package to an LTE router which she was happy with and agreed to the offer at hand. When Ram courier services had delivered her package the router was not in the parcel and she phoned Elite Mobile to confirm this with them. The agent on the phone was totally understanding apologised and explained to her that what needs to happen is that they need to first collect the incomplete package again and have the order sent to correct order sent to her again. Ram came to collect the order and then delivered another package which was incorrect again only delivering the phone with no router once again since then my mom and myself have contacted Elite Mobile, Vodacom and Ram Couriers at least about 25 - 30 times to correct the order and have been made empty promises upon empty to come and collect the parcel as the order is incomplete and now my mom has been charged for the last three months for a service and contract she has never used once and for a router that has never been delivered. As she is a pensioner I told her to go and see her bank and actually ask them to stop the payments which she had done now in the fourth month and now her cellular service has been suspended due to a mistake that has been caused by Vodacom whom have intrusted such a vital process of client retention and upgrades to a Mickey Mouse company and I am sad to say will be loosing alot of the market share that they have worked so hard to attain.
