Vodacom and Customer Care should never appear in the same sentence.

On June 13 I reported bad service at a Vodacom shop via the Customer Care line and was told the query had been escalated to a support specialist. Since then I have followed up several times to ask about the status of the query reference 1- ********** ********** but get the same message that I must wait until someone calls me back. It is now almost 2 months now and this morning I got the same message again.

Vodacom do not care about their customers. Their customer care lines are inhabited by ill trained staff who have no feeling for customers.

Reviewer Update

So far nobody has contacted me from Vodacom other than a standard e-mail addressed to "Terrance" (not my name) asking if the query had been successfully addressed and asking me to phone Customer Care or e-mail if not.

Vodacom customer service is a joke.
