Vodacom and Constructive Contract Cancellations.
I refer to my Vodacom reviews of 20 November 2024, 1 October 2024 and 18 July 2024, as well as numerous calls to the Help Centre and visits to the Vodacom Store in Cresta over the past 18 months.
I am trying to get Vodacom to send me monthly invoices, by e-mail, for all the numbers that I have contracts for. This simple request seems to be an impossible request for Vodacom.
Every time I write a review, someone from Vodacom calls me and sends me the invoices. Every time I ask whether it will now be sent automatically, on a monthly basis and every time I am assured that it will be sent.
And guess what? Every time, at the end of the following month, I DON'T receive the invoices.
I believe this is constructive contract cancellation by Vodacom. They are actively annoying their clients so that they would terminate their contracts. I just don't no why, because I am a paying client.

PLEASE NOTE that the contracts for *** and *** were cancelled on 2 November 2024 via your call centre. Both contracts should have come to an end on 28 January 2025. The cancellation references are *** and *** respectively.
I see that I have been invoiced for both the above mentioned numbers in February. Why weren't the contracts cancelled as agreed?
