Vodacom and Coactivate Deceit

I upgraded online on Vodacom website, I purposefully did it directly via Vodacom to avoid the problems experienced with Mondo during my previous upgrade. A story on it's own of deceit and manipulation.

Needless to say I am here because it happened again. I wanted to upgrade my cellphone as is custom and went through the process of online upgrade on the Vodacom website (not some ***** subcontractor page). NOT ONCE did I request or agree to a new contract. This I can guarantee!

Upon querying my account with Vodacom I was directed to Like Minds, apparently a sub-contractor. Now I dealt with Coactivate.

Matters that are unacceptable: 1. I never agreed to a subcontractor willingly or knowingly. 2. I never agreed to a new contract. 3. I now have to cancel the new contract and have the cellphone that I have customised for my use, taken away from me before I can upgrade (WHICH IS WHAT I DID) and wait for another phone on back order. How can this be the procedure to rectify the new contract vs. upgrade in 2022?!?

This is absolutely pathetic and beyond comprehension.
