Vodacom and co-concurrent no signal!!! no service

Support Nick S fully- add totally useless, you have contracts with minutes but can use exactly ZERO. In the area Tswaing / Maquassi Hills / Matlosana / Lichtenburg region NW..... we have no service ...... NO SERVICE can call nobody, can not receive any calls totally have to try and rely on data with telegram / WhatsApp calls It is ridiculous to think you have a contract with a big company but no service. If you do make contact via client service the message back via mail sounds as if you are the guilty part and problem .... requesting info what date, what was the time, did you put your phone off and restart, which other numbers also experience the problem.... on which road number gps coordinates and at what time did you experience the drop in signal / problem. Listen Vodacom there is no drop in signal there are NO SIGNAL. When Eskom lines are cut... a regular in rural areas you will have no contact as the battery doesn't last neither is there any signal available. Telkom doesn't exist in the area already for many years. Do you call this a general monopoly ?.... regardless the service provider .... you are a client ... you have nowhere else to go, no other effective safe service provider so you are struck...... communication, business...... we pay for having a smart phone for games? Vodacom and your concurrent it is time to wake up! extremely poor rating! you go backwards daily! most disappointed!
