Vodacom and Caxton Media Service
With a big surprise i discovered that vodacom try to get large sums of money out of my account, the sum is just over R60k but all three times the debit orders didn't whent through due to insufficient funds. I had to pay for the transactions on all three cases. The fourth time they deducted the amount close to R1200.00 which i had to reverse at the bank. When i phone them in the beginning of the month the confirmed that i do not have an cellular contract with the. After a lengthy battle and numerous phone calls just to get this of my account with a simple letter to state that is not my outstanding bill, it all fails. Today i was informed again to send all my paperwork with the affidavit and my ID to them again and restart the process all over because according to the lady i talked said i used the wrong e-mail address. But the e-mail address is exactly the same as i used before. The company that deduct the money is something like Caxton Media Service. I do not know them and i certainly do not no where did they got hold of my account number. The only way i suspect is via my life insurance policy with vodacom. What stand i to do because everything else failed to clear my name.
