Vodacom and Buymondo -- DON'T opt-in on ANY of their deals

Stay away from Vodacom and buymondo. Don't opt-in for any of their so called deals.

I used to be a loyal Vodacom client with more or less 5 contracts. But they obviously don't care about their customers...

I opt-in for a Data contract upgrade (telephone call from buymonde). I was promised a Notebook with 4 gig memory. On receiving the device: * It was not Lenovo Notebook but a Lenovo Ideapad or something * It only had 2 gig memory * A hard drive with less than 32 gig memory (so less than most memory sticks)

I immediately phoned and canceled the contract (both buymondo & vodacom), asking that the new contract be canceled, and the old one remain in place as was prior to the telephone call.

It has been more than a week now and they STILL have not collected the device and wifi modem. It has now been weeks and still no action from Vodacom or their subsidiary ********** I now see and extra amount on my debit order -- need to confirm what it's for....

I have phoned Buymode twice now to collect and all they are good at is giving you another reference number: Original ref: 1- ********** ********** ref: 1- ********** ********** (27/07/2018)
