Vodacom and Burnaard Raaf are USELESS!!!!!!!

So I had my Vodacom Account handed over to Burnaard Raaf and Associats, Vodacom didn’t even call me to say that my account was in arears, so I paid up my account in full (4 months ago) and it still shows on my credit report.. I have called numerous times and sent alot of e-mails to both Vodacom and Burnaard Raaf to assist me to remove this from ITC and they show me away everytime. When I had to pay up they we’re quick to get all of my info and call me everyday for payment but now when they must remove the account from ITC they have alot of stories! I have been told they had updated it on ITC and when I call Vodacom they say no sorry they didn’t update it they will do it now.. Burnaard Raaf just tells me no they can’t do anything I must speak to Vodacom it’s not their problem.. They are verry unprofessional and even worse with their services!!!!
