VODACOM AND BB9720

Been having problems with BB since March, only took it in once it would not switch on anymore. only got the thing in Des. now Vodacom wont replace it, they say I damaged the data track. been looking on the internet and seen that is a common problem with the 9720. they are devious. quote R1500 to have it replaced when it is a \factory fault". not impressed. the phone has been there for a whole month already.
