Vodacom and bad experience are synonyms

I have a long, on going query with Vodacom which started when I upgraded my contract to a better data deal. I was then billed an amount different from what the call centre agent quoted me. I was told for them to correct it, I would need to return the router, get an older version and that way, I could still pay the quoted amount. I asked what would I do for data in the interim, the call centre agent promised to issue me with 2GB to use while I don't have a router. He didn't do this and didn't include it in the note on my account. I've called in numerous times for the data, as I have done my part and returned the router, as requested. I will not go out and buy more data, whereas I have a contract I know I will be billed for at the end of the month. It's not fair. No one is able to assist me as they don't know if i'm lying and trying to squeeze free 2GB data from Vodacom. Clearly this is more important than my customer experience. The consultant I spoke to yesterday said a recording of the conversation will be pulled up and she'll be in touch, its now over 24 hours. 24hours without data whereas I have a contract with Vodacom, I have over 7GB on my SIM card, which I can't use, because of a fault done by the call centre, not mine, I also ave 2GB which was promised to me to avoid inconvenience, which was clearly just mentioned as a pacifier. The router was collected by Ram on Monday...today is Thursday.

This is just 1 of the issues I have, the other is the financial implications of this mess up as Vodacom keeps debiting amounts I haven't authorised or been notified of and I have to go to the bank to reverse them. When I ask them to rectify, I'm told of a 7 to 14 day wait...when it took them no time to grab the money from my account. We give debit order rights out of trust, not so they can do as they will in our accounts. Its just utter disrespect for your clients!!!! Now I'm being penalised for reversing an amount that was incorrectly billed in the 1st place...get your act right please, it has tangible negative consequences on our lives

When exactly is due course? There still isn't any resolution Forget the data I was promised in the mean time while waiting for Vodacom to send me the correct router, you've clearly failed on that one. When exactly are you planning on sending me the correct router? Come month end, I will be expected to pay, whereas I haven't had a router or any joy from yourselves, for what feels like the majority of the month.
