Vodacom and Apple **** service and quality
Got my new iPhone11 six days ago, mmmm silence ringer not working and as fate would have it....... I slipped by misjudging one step and saw stars! Just to find out the “New Stronger iPhone11” is cracked at the bac**** Yes the glass back! Topping this off dropping calls is a given in this phone, voice quality is shocking, and changing setting by itself looks like a given on this device!
So going back to Vodacom today with this little slipping accident they quickly mail back and say it Warranty and not insurance go to your Vodacom shop! Mmmm once there they say “negligence and damage” is not part of warranty. Go to iStore they say that the new iPhone is actually not that strong and glass can break even when you have it in your hand and you accidentally slip - wow Apple great job for your marketing and advertising team for misleading everyone. So now I sit with a phone that is soft, drops calls, I have to leave in the car Cos I can’t switch to silent and one that I have to handle with utter care as it is fragile - what **** are you selling is Vodacom and so much for taking your insurance that apparently mean nothing!!!!!! Do not buy iPhone 11 and don’t take Vodacom Insurance it means nothing!!!!
