Vodacom and Afrihost

I placed an order on the 4th of July for a migration of a current Vodacom line, using Afrihost as my ISP as I already have an account with them. but 3 weeks later - still no internet. My router was already delivered and the R250 already deducted, but no one can seem to get the Vodacom line activated and I don't know who to blame for this poor service - Vodacom or Afrihost???? After numerous WhatsApp's and phone calls, no one can tell me where the process is, yet you just get told "it has been escalated". which is utter nonsense, According to Vodacom, they have not received a migration request (this was after i phoned them myself, as Afrihost is not giving me the answers I need), but yet, Afrihost has reference numbers for the apparent request. Please sort out the communication, as my patience has now completely been depleted. My ONT shows a red light - which means something is wrong - maybe send out tech guys once in a while to come and check these out, as not everyone is a tech guru and knows what to do?????? And it can't always be sorted over the phone. I am so annoyed with this service. I need my internet running as I work from home, and these two companies are costing me money on data at the moment. I am still waiting for Afrihost to phone me with feedback, after sending me the sms that i will be receiving a phone call.
