Vodacom and ADHD

This is a follow up on a previous compalint . I have a Samsung s7 edge ( so called premium device) screen cracked and after much ado was eventually retuned as repaired so I was eventually happy. However a few weeks of use and the entire back started lifting at seam from what seemed like a swollen battery. Back it went to ADH , after a few days all I got was a take it or leave it estaimate of R811 . This phone is three months old and I have had maybe 1 months use as its been in for repairs . But the worst was trying to get Vodacom to hear my complaint . I got to a "Nonthlanthla " after much patience whom I was told is a " specialist " after twice expalining the entire thing first. Was placed on hold for 20 minutes by specialist and phone cut . Two more attempts to get back to Nonthlanthla were unsuccesful with each time being prompted to repeat the entire thing . I then lost it and stopped trying . I am ****ed !!! I have spent hundreds of thousands with Vodacom and this is how they treat clients
