VODACOM and ABSA - Bullies and no service

. On 30 June 2016 I received an SMS from VODACOM notifying me that I app**** for a Sim Swop on my phone. I immediately phoned the callcentre and told them I do not want a simswop. A few minutes later this happened again. I phoned again and was told that the sim swop will be blocked. About 2 hours later I logged onto ABSA internet banking to do a payment and got a message from ABSA that my simcard was inserted into another phone and that my internet banking would be blocked for 36 hours. i immediately phoned VODACOM and they told me they did the simswop. Iwas then informed that I had to go to the nearest Vodashop to rectify this. (180km from me) I asked what other procedures to follow and was told I could put a block on the sims and phones - which I immediately requested Vodacom to do. I drove to a vodashop on 2 July and the sim was swopped back to me. I was instructed to leave my phone switched off for 4 - 6 hours. We went back to our farm with very little reception and I only switched on the phone on 3 July to get a message from ABSA about a withdrawl out of my savings account. I immediately went onto ABSA internet banking on my PC to find that all 5 accounts linked on my ABSA internet banking profile was Maxed and emtied out. All my money was ******. I went to ABSA to report this on Monday 4 July and since then has not heard form ABSA or Vodacom unless I contacted them. I also reported it to the SAPS. Untill now nothing has been done - both institutions are investigating. Vodacom did admit that they went ahead after I told them not to do the simswop - they admit to having my phonecalls on record. Also that I instructed them to block both sims and phones. They gave me 3 versions of how the sim swop was done - an ID was presented at a Vodashop in Silverlakes - the shop did not have power so could not make a copy of the ID. Then the shop did not have ink in their printer so could not make a copy and then the shop was compromised - Vodacoms mr. Paul McHerson's words. I am going to loose my bussiness because of this as well as 23 people are going to be out of jobs when I close the bussiness as I do not have any money left to go on with the bussiness and both Vodacom and ABSA will not put a time line to their investigations. ABSA suggensted I present them with financial statements and get an overdraft as bridging capital! I have been boroing money from my family to survive to far but the situation is now getting out of hand. Vodacom was very upset when I contacted a layer and refused to talk to me since. They also told me that I must now they are a big company and can "out wait" me. Mr Stewart from ABSA told me that ABSA is not responsable for my money when it is in the ban**** Any suggestions?
