Vodacom...an absolute disgrace!

June the 24th 2016 I requested a premature cancellation on my cell phone contract, I received the quote in minutes for the amount of R5278.39.

The 27th of June 2016 I went to the bank, and paid the amount in full.

I sent an email to ********** with the signed document, copy of ID and proof of payment they requested.

Needless to say, I phoned daily, emailed daily and eventually this became weekly and after much frustration, I had only managed to get my contract cancelled on the 18th of November (shocking 5 months later !!)

Even more to my disatisfaction, they have since debited my account on the 27th of November for an amount of R840.13.

No calls, no emails no correspondence from Vodamcom as to why they would be deducting this amount.

I have now been calling everyday since the 27th and back to square one...being pushed from pillar to post, unable to speak to management to get this issue resolved.

I will never recommend Vodamcom to anyone, the service is beyond shocking!!

Here we go again...no contact from Vodacom as mentioned above. Today I get an sms stating my query has been resolved...I contacted Vodacom to be advised it was closed because it was sent to the wrong department....and yet another query logged. This is an absolute joke that a customer must be inconvenienced and billed because of incompetence!!!!! I want my refund!
