Vodacom amateur hour

I app**** for a phone 2 weeks ago. Firstly, you have to sit around and wait until their online department calls, then they let the phone ring once or twice, and then forget about you again.

Endless calls to them to verify details, then the the line just drops and they don't call back. Then they claim you can track your order via their Chatbot, which obviously doesn't work as well.

And absolutely terrible, frustrating and amateur experience thus far. Absolutely disgusted in Vodacom! Still waiting with Zero communication!
