Vodacom always robbing people!

I had a contract with vodacom, it was paid in October 2020. I called in to close my contract after calling in prior to close my contract and my contract is still not closed. I’m now being billed a ridiculous amount! I’ve had endless problems with vodacom. I’ve spoken to many consultants that can’t assist me nor could they get my call recording which proves I’ve canceled my contract.
